We spent the weekend in Denver and had an awesome time! Thank you Mariott!!
Saturday afternoon, Bre went to her convention and Dana and I spent some time at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. I love that place, and could spend hours and hours there.

Then we had dinner at Black Eyed Peas and went back to the hotel to hit the hot tub. It was so relaxing. Today was game day in Bronco Country, we did some shopping at ParkMeadows shopping center (my favorite mall in Colorado) and this morning spent some time reading and relaxing at Borders book store.
Our next stop.... Southwestern Colorado on wednesday! Mesa Verde, Cortez, and points beyond!! Did I mention gambling at the Ute mountain Lodge??? woo hoo!

Sounds as if the vacation has started off on a very good foot. So you have been to the museum, dinner out, hot tub (?) shopping, and relaxing at Borders. What more could one very deserving vacationing nurse and family do? Keep us posted will ya? And place a bet for me. Maybe I will bring you some luck.
Sounds like you are having a blast! What an interesting and fun vacation, especially the hot tub part. That would be my highlight. :)
If you think of it (and I know we only know each through blogging so totally understand if no, but my husband would kill me if I didn't ask) when you go gambling, could you pick up a chip for my hubby? He collects them from casinos and would love an obscure one from Colorado. We mostly collect five dollar ones but a one dollar would be just dandy. :) Had to ask! Thanks.
