I am in the middle of a very long stretch of working, so I probably wont get to make a real blog post for a couple of days.
Right now I can tell you that I am exhausted, we have had 2 really horrible and busy days in the ER, all of the doctors' offices in town are, of course, closed and we have this epidemic of Norwalk virus so we have all really been run ragged.
On top of that, we are in the middle of a snow storm. Not sure how much snow we are going to get this time. Last night we were supposed to get 10 inches of snow and we got rain... and the temps went up into the 40's VERY weird!!
I will try to post tomorrow, if not tomorrow then on Sunday. Sorry about the delay!!!

Sorry to hear you are busy at work. It's bad enough to be working, much less being extremely busy. We are getting more snow, as I type this. It never seems to quit here.......Hopefully your temps stay up, so you don;t get ice on the roads.
Take care,
Rita
tonjia...take care of yourself, we'll be here!

Hang in there!
Hallie
I bet it has been busy. I understand that when the dr's are away, the people have to go somewhere. So to the ER they go. Hope your storm is not too bad, we are having severe thunderstorms right now, with tornados. Then possible snow behind the front. It is weird!! We had mid 70's yesterday!!!! IN DECEMBER....good grief! Take care and post when you can, nothing much going on here!
Stay healthy! That stomach virus is taking over.
Wow, I am so sorry you have to deal with all of that. Not a very fun Christmas. I hope you get a break soon to relax and enjoy the holiday.
Take care of yourself, we'll be here. I know how horrible it can get in the ER on the holidays. I also hope the temps stay up so no ice. I've been hearing about your weather. You stay safe, ya hear me??
Thank God there are people like you who staff the ER 24/7. I'm sure it makes for a crappy holiday sometimes... but seriously, you do things every day that makes a difference in someone's life. I don't. Bless you for that.
