Its here! I got it! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!
For those of you who dont know, I have been waiting for the delivery of the new Blackberry Storm for about a month. My dream phone. I have wanted a touch screen G3 phone for a long time, and as a former Blackberry owner I knew I needed one too! ;-)
So, the karma hit me when I left work on Thursday night and I got a text from Verizon. "You now qualify for a new phone upgrade". I had it! IN WRITING! I knew it was meant to be, a message from the cell phone Gods, the Storm was meant to be mine.
Dana got home from work about 7:15am on Friday and we went to the Verizon store, which was becoming packed by potential buyers waiting for their purchase. I stood in line, with business men, contractors, teachers, and a huge variety of people as anxious to get the phone as I was, we all beamed with pride when we finally activated our phones and had our red and white Verizon gift bag with the huge red bow on the side in our hands..
Finally IT WAS MINE!!! mwahahahahahaaaa....
Blackberry has outdone itself, Verizon outdid itself, I got a great price, with a rebate and a new 2 yr plan, Life is good!! (can I be more materialistically shallow)? LOLOL Hey dont blame me, its my one vice, along with diet pepsi and ice cream.
Have a great week, we are heading out to Oklahoma tomorrow to spend Thanksgiving with my parents, I will take pics and hopefully be able to find a wi fi connection now and then to check in and post a blog or two. So much for my attempt to NaBloPoMo, glad I didnt link up, I would feel really guilty.

Be careful driving here, and I so hope we are able to get together. Gas prices keep dropping and the weather appears to be good except for a little rain, but that is not a big deal. AND your wallet is still NOT in!!!! good grief
How cool!!! I am a phone bum... if it rings and I can text some and having the camera is fun... I also have a mp3 player which i seem to forget is there quite often... but my moterola is just fine by me:)Have a safe trip and wonderful thanksgiving!

I am eligible for upgrade and thinking of Storm. Not sure about the touch screen stuff though. Shay has the Dare and is ready to get it replaced AGAIN.
