I HATE this!!

I feel like I have been out of touch with the blogging world for 3 days! I HATE it!! My schedule at work is a mess and I have only had one day off at a time for the last week. Dont they know I want to be reading blogs and doing mundane things like laundry, cleaning and grocery shopping?

I am thinking that they dont care.

ANYWAY... I apologize to my blogger friends because I havent been able to read and comment on your blogs, I intend to catch up when I get 2 days off in a row, which might be next weekend if I am lucky.

We are getting ready for Breannas surgery on Tuesday, she is a little freaked out by it, I can sympathize with her, it is kind of a freak out situation if you arent used to doctors and hospitals. She will be fine though. She was doing fine until the pre-op moron at the surgery center called to make sure she picked up her paperwork to fill out "just in case she dies during the procedure"!! WTF???? You dont say that to a 21 yr old! I can hardly wait until we get the patient satisfaction survey! Good grief!!

Before I go, I want to remind all of you out there who have Wii's. Dont forget to use the safety strap! LOLOL Poor guy, love the plaid pajamas...

Keeping Bre in my thoughts and prayers. Medical people can be such morons! The day of my cancer surgery, I started bleeding out about 5 hours later and they're rushing me to surgery and two of the surg techs come up to me and say, "Did they intubate you for your first surgery this morning? They did? God, I don't think we can get a tube down you...don't know how they did this morning..." I.FREAKED.OUT. and Kelli and Roger nearly came across the gurney at them. I filed a complaint but of course they all take care of each other and did some major CYAing....idiots! I still have nightmares about it and am determined that I will never have another surgery because of that experience. At another of my surgeries, they wheeled me into OR and no one would speak to me and I said, "If you all don't start with some friendliness pretty soon, I'm calling this surgery off! I'm scared and all you can do is gossip to each other. I don't care who is sleeping with who at this hospital. I AM the patient and you WILL take care of me OR explain to my surgeon why I am sitting up and refusing to let Anesthesia put me under!" Suddenly, they were the souls of compassion and friendliness. Tell Bre that all will be well and if anyone gives her grief or doesn't play nice I will PERSONALLY follow up on it. Nobody screws with my soldiers! Hugs to mom as well.

Tell Bre she will be fine. Don't let some idiot give you bad feelings. And that guy is such an idiot.

I really wish I could watch videos at work, it sounds hysterical.

I have been a bad blogger this week and am just now trying to catch up. However, I fear I will have no time to post myself until tomorrow and the masses will descend and pummel me.

Thinking good thoughts for Bre!
